2025 is here and moving forward. A shift into a New Year, new season, new life experience or change is a great time for reflection. It is a time to ask questions about aspects in your life related to, faith, health, family, relationships, fun, work, friends, or personal growth. Examples might be: How you are physically feeling ? Is there enough time for self-care and relationships? Are you getting ample sleep? Are you feeling stressed out? Are you truly working at what you would we like to manifest in the future?
Creating a vision board helps you to recognize the areas that are working and where you would like to grow. A vision is the guiding light to the bigger picture that helps guide decisions and goals. It is your purpose to keep going even when there are challenges.
There are no rules to this exercise. It’ s about relaxing into self and being honest about what is working and what isn’t as you move forward. So set the date and begin to gather your thoughts and supplies to have some “fun” sharing laughter and community creating your vision using pictures, stickers, old magazines, brochures, words, colors that all reflect you and personalize your experience. Some supplies will be provided: poster board, construction paper, markers, scissors etc.
