Valerie will lead a new Walking Yoga session two times a week this summer. Get out and about two mornings a week in a new session focused on movement and de-stressing in nature and fresh air. Sessions are rain or shine and will be adapted for indoors if there is inclement weather. We hope you will plan to join us!

We meet at the studio and go from there.
