We all hear the messages about exercise, diet , sleep and eliminating stress but how do we make it happen. Life is busy we are running all day in different directions. We often feel tired and overwhelmed and continue to say we are going to add health and wellness practices to our to do list. Time passes and we remain in the same place often feeling worse about self.
Balancing life is a challenge. Join Val and Carey for a mindful mix and mingle to hear options for mini practices that can begin to rebalance the scale of feeling overwhelmed to feeling vital again. Gaining consistency over quantity that will help reestablish a rhythm and the first step on a wellness path
The experience will include a greeting and introductions and a practical experience giving you a take away to begin incorporating mindful mini moments into daily life. We are so excited and looking forward to meeting you Tuesday evening or Thursday morning the first week in March.
