We will move in a mindful flow connecting breath with slow intentional movement to cultivate presence.  The practice will include Vinyasa, grounding, and meditation.   The we will circle up to talk about the book and share life experiences.   Join a community making small choices that make a difference in cultivating vitality and resilience.

If you run out of time to read, join the group anyway.   Life is a practice and small steps lead to large changes in health.
