Learning and practicing yoga opens the possibilities of knowing yourself beyond what you do for work, who you socialize with, or how much you have in the bank.  The deep peace available beyond our ideas of success and failure is waiting for us just beneath the surface.

 

In my class you will experience a combination of challenging poses and restful in betweens to integrate your experience and deeply rest.  Be prepared to listen to your body and trust yourself enough to let go of what you no longer need.
