Chair Yoga is a gentle for of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  It is an adapted form of Yoga that makes it possible for anyone to enjoy the benefits of practicing Yoga.  Chair Yoga is especially beneficial to those who have bad knee, bad back, or have trouble getting up from the floor.
